Full-duplex is also known as
bidirectional communication. It refers to a type of communication where data can be sent and received simultaneously in both directions. In a full-duplex system, both parties can talk and listen at the same time, just like a phone call where both people can speak and hear each other at once.
This is different from half-duplex, where communication can only happen in one direction at a time (like walkie-talkies), and simplex, where data flows only in one direction (like a TV broadcast).
